Atlanta’s Oldest House Museum Brings Weddings, Private Events and Festivals to the West End
At the height of the Victorian Era The Wren’s Nest in the Historic West End in Atlanta, Georgia was so fashionable that notable guests such as President Theodore Roosevelt, Andrew Carnegie, and Mark Twain visited the home. A hidden jewel, The Wren’s Nest has been preserved by generations of dedicated Atlanta residents. Today, our historic home and gardens are an ideal location for private parties, wedding ceremonies and receptions.
The Wren’s Nest is located on 2.5 acres of greenspace in downtown Atlanta. Traditional Georgia foliage peppers the landscape, while a natural grass amphitheater accommodates up to 800 guests.
Filled with southern charm, the preserved parlors welcome more intimate affairs, offering a “home away from home” feel for all sorts of occassions. The Veranda at The Wren’s Nest is a quaint location for a wedding ceremony or cocktail reception. The wrap-around porch and lawn offer an intimate space for parties of up to 100 guests.
