This business was built on and grows with the love of making things beautiful, using creativity to get things done and the joy of bringing people together. JoCe productions has been operating since as early as 2000, when Joann w

ould assist with planning church activities such as plays and youth fundraisers. Joann worked as a hostess at fine restaurants and large event arenas, where greeting guests was natural. While working at these places, Joann would accommodate private events and large parties by reservation bookings, arranging and mapping seating, performing dining preparatory work, and resolving customer service issues. Prior to this, Joann was the 2004-2005 4-H District 4 Representative that worked with a team to plan and host the annual 4-H Retreat. JoCe Productions has organized, decorated and hosted events such as an Annual Sigma Alpha Iota International Music Fraternity (SAI) Mellow Moods Café event from 2006-2008 in Montgomery, AL, 2008 Soul Food Night and Open Mic Night in Amherst, Massachusetts, 2009 International Brunch in Atlanta, GA, 2015 Chocolate and Wine Adult Party in Opelika, AL, and 2015/2016 Homemade Sweet Treats in Auburn, AL. JoCe Productions has participated in planning and decorating work events such as the Annual Thanksgiving Luncheon from 2014 to present. Also, JoCe Productions has planned, decorated and hosted several private birthday parties, graduation celebrations and baby showers since 2009. JoCe Productions also offers wreath making, gift basket making and home/décor making.

Meet the CEO

Joann Ceasar is an accomplished wedding and event planner/designer who has built a name for herself and her company JoCe Productions in the event planning industry. Joann has over ten years’ experience and has worked in all aspects of the industry such as event planning, décor, and design services for all private occasional events such as weddings, baby showers, birthday celebrations, career fairs, fundraisers, and corporate events. Joann can tackle any aspect of an event from the planning phase, venue consultation, and promotions to vendor management and day-of coordination. Joann’s company offers other services including custom gift baskets and event marketing materials such as backdrop designs, event tickets, flyers, invitations and business ad development.

After completing Alabama State University earning a degree in B.A. of Communications Media, Public Relations and Ashford University earning an MBA of Human Resources Management and Marketing, Joann’s passion for events, people and education led her to service in the private and service sector. While devoting herself to her private business, she works full-time in the service sector and plans and organizes corporate events for the State of Alabama.

Joann’s gifts of organization, concept design, attention to detail, creative imagination and contagious enthusiasm have earned her the reputation of excellence as an event planner and designer. Joann will execute your concept flawlessly with grace and a pleasant and professional demeanor, while providing responsive, efficient problem-solving solutions.

Joann is an active member of her community and is passionate about giving back. She does this by yielding her business services and hosting the JoCe Productions’ signature events such as an annual fundraiser social, Homemade Sweet Treats that aims to feed the community one canned good a time and an annual Mother’s Day Brunch, Diamonds and Pearls that aims to empower women of all ages and backgrounds.
