Good morning,
We have been hoping to avoid this but the time has come. We like to try to be as transparent as possible with our customers. For almost 6 years, we have not had to raise our prices. In the last 9 years, utility cost have doubled if not tripled, minimum wage has increased 102% (not that it is a bad thing), and recently supply costs have significantly increased.
Starting on 10/17, we will be increasing our prices across the board. We will be fair and not gouge just because we feel we can.
On this day, we will also be changing our games to a token/credit value. We are doing this to be more flexible with the pricing on the games. We have recently received many comments that our games are pricey. We have consistently been significantly less expensive to our competitors which average $1.90 to $2.16 per game. This switch to token/credit will not effect any current cards or tickets. Your cash value will automatically change to the new way.
Lastly, if all goes well, we will launch our rewards program. We believe loyality should be rewarded. When you make game card purchases you will start earning points for free game play or other great offerings. This will require you to register your game card at a kiosk or register.
We apologize again for having to increase prices, but to be able to survive as a business we can no longer solely shoulder the burden.
