“Some research shows that burning sage (smudging) can eliminate up to 94% of harmful bacteria for up to 24 hours.”

We have some of this herbal goodness at Lori's Flowers, Audubon IA! They last a LONG time, too.

Tips:
Smudge in a clam shell or glass bowl - safety first 😊

Unravel or separate the sage some for a bit longer smudging experience. BUT - a little goes a long way 😊

Open a window a bit to allow the “negative” to escape 😊

We are extreme here in the Hamilton home when someone is ill…. !

One of us is currently NOT well with something we promise you DON’T want.

Please know, the shop is down to just one of us for a few days for sure - so it might be a bit slower going with a few “out for deliveries” or call backs that might require some patience from all of us 🙏 😊🙏

Also, I would HIGHLY recommend using MESSENGER or the PHONE for orders this week if possible. Skip stopping by 🙏🫣😳🫣🙏

It’s kinda hard to close out a year of some of the MOST AMAZING BRIDES on the planet 🥹♥️🙏

Thank you, God, for blessing us with some of the BEST couples in 2024. We have LOVED working for and getting to know ALL of you. Can’t wait to see where all of your journeys lead you ♥️😊♥️!

Our kids are home on extended Christmas break. ♥️

We get to make a Christmassy wedding this weekend ♥️ 🎄♥️ - our last of the year. 😭♥️

These things are both simultaneously wonderful AND polarizing for us! 🤩😂🤩😂🤩
