We are firing up the smoker this Saturday November 5th. We will be smoking a variety of meats. Pork butts, briskets, ribs, chickens and pork tenderloin. We smoked this small pig this past weekend. Turned out very tasty. Ask me about smoking a whole hog for your next event. Normally they are presented with lots of decorations and greenery. This one was just at my own house.
