Well if this Dr. Seuss quote doesn’t sum up Paintbox perfectly 😄!

Things are not always as they seem at Paintbox 🤪.. kind of like this pic- you shouldn’t play with your food 🍝but no one said anything about painting it 🖌️(love this pic!)! Let your kid get messy and partake in one of our messy sensory playdates- or let your kids be kids at one of our fun afterschool art classes where they explore and play with different art mediums or mix up their own unique paint color .. with all the added glitter of course😜 as they end the class getting their hands on some gooey sensory slime they mixed up or slimey Oobleck that some how seems to be glowing 🤔 yes 😆 this really happened. You never know what will happen in afterschool art 🎨🖌️. Want to chill out and relax…. We even have an instructional drawing class we added on for those artist looking to improve their drawing skills or learn shading techniques. We will play with watercolor and creamy pastels. We will explore still life .. even work with charcoal. Relax at one of our outdoor tables on a pretty day while sketching wildlife and florals in your very own sketchbook keepsake. How about sinking your hands into a ball of wet clay- I promise it’s more fun than it sounds 😂 pottery is here for those interested. I can’t wait to share my love for clay with you all! We will build wacky sculptures and beautiful items you can give as gifts or just keep for yourself 😉. We love you all and hope to see you soon at Paintbox! It’s almost time!! Let your stress melt away as you work on your art project or sculpt with clay. We are getting close to being finished-converting my studio space to our new Paintbox! Still waiting for the added bathroom so we can open. Located off Hwy 100 in Summerville and backed up to the natural reserve/Pinhoti Trail…We will have our indoor studio space as well as an outdoor space with tables to work outdoors or for parents wanting to relax while they wait. We are offering an incredible early bird rate- first class FREE and second child FREE for the entire 6 week class!! This offer is a way of thanking all of you for your support. Just a few pics from today. I meant to get more pics but I was working with the kids doing spin art - I think the teachers took some😃.

Just want to start out by saying..
Connect Christian Center has the MOST amazing group of teachers!! Wow! They are all the sweetest. Thank you to the teachers for everything you do- what an amazing blessing to this community. Thank you for working with the children, for putting in all your love, energy, & effort, for all the work you put into teaching these beautiful children. I salute you today & always 🫶.
