I heard there was a Friday the 13th in October... i have 30 assorted mask replicas from the various films I'm currently working on. As you know, I enjoy making film accurate replicas when it comes to this franchise, and me being a stickler for the fine details means you're in for a treat. So um, my brain will be a smoothie after a couple weeks 🙃.
S**t! 2 of these 9s will be converted into end scene 9s with the shotgun damage, I got that in the bag though.

Update... I think I've officially entered my baroque period. I'm learning to carve this pattern, I might as well see what I can do with it. About 70% complete. The filigree is a little soft looking still. The actual mask is a lot more muddled though. Can you find my initials in the pattern?

Update. I brainstormed about the hat for longer that I'd like to admit. Should I make it from paper or cloth? Attached or separate? I decided to make a completely separate mold to cast the hat as a single latex piece, which now means I can also offer the hat separately. More to come soon.

Still blocking in my look. I'm borrowing from a few sources on this one. I've seen a lot of nurse masks done with plaster bandages, so I'm evoking that wrapped feel but in flesh. When I get into detail, I want this to be a treat to paint in washes with lots of areas for paint to make the details pop.

The Nurse is finally happening. Look forward to more updates soon. This will be a full latex mask with optional nurse hat. The neck will not be on the final product. The fit will be smaller than previous pieces. I'm excited to finally get this one into rotation.

These masks are always hand made. I wish I had moulds for these, it would save me so much time lol. I never really have a goal in mind, I just kinda do things until I'm satisfied with the results. Hence why you never really see the exact same masks twice outside of my main stays, and even those have variations...
