🌟 What a Weekend at the Elks! 🌟

This weekend was another busy one! On Saturday, we hosted our final two back-to-back Christmas parties of the season in our Sports Lounge🎄✨ and a heartfelt Celebration of Life in our banquet room. Two of these events were beautifully catered by the amazing C & C Knead Thyme Catering (Colene and Cindy)—thank you for making these moments even more special! 🥰

On Sunday, we came together again to host another large Celebration of Life, honoring memories and bringing people together. 💕

Now, we’re catching our breath and gearing up for our BIG New Year’s Event! 🎉 Stay tuned for an unforgettable night to ring in 2025!

Big order of linens— only 6 more holiday parties left this month! 😅 A big shoutout to Child’s Linens for providing us with tablecloths for our events. Tablecloths are available in white or black, and we’ll have them set up on the tables, ready to go for your arrival! Let’s keep the celebrations going! 🥂

🎉 It's a jam-packed week here, and we couldn't be more excited about the lineup of events! Here's what we've got going on:

👉 Today: We're thrilled to host a Maine Senate happy hour in the Sports Lounge, where they'll enjoy this year's festive holiday decorations. 🎄✨
👉 Tomorrow: Moody's Collision will be holding a leadership meeting in our banquet room, with delicious breakfast and lunch provided by Good Eats Catering. 🍳🥪
👉 Friday: We're gearing up for McGee Construction's holiday party, welcoming 200 employees and their guests! Word has it Deb McGee will be up early, smoking some amazing meats in the parking lot—yum! 😋🔥

As we roll into the weekend, we'll host a special celebration of life and then dive straight into preparations for our annual Festival of Trees, kicking off December 10th. 🎄 Stay tuned for photos of the fun and festivities to come! 📸

Today, we had the honor of hosting a small and intimate celebration of life. These moments are so meaningful, and we’re always grateful to provide a warm and comforting space for such special occasions.

A heartfelt shoutout to one of our amazing preferred caterers, Weathervane Restaurant & Lounge! John and June are truly incredible to work with, and their dedication shines through in every detail. The clients couldn’t stop sharing compliments about both the venue and the delicious food! 🍴✨

It’s partnerships like these that help us create memorable experiences for our guests. 💕

This past weekend, we had the absolute pleasure of hosting Gallant Therapy Services for their annual holiday party! 🌟

What a fantastic group of people—they brought such vibrant energy, making the evening truly special. Their attention to detail with the décor was absolutely stunning, and we couldn’t be happier to help create a memorable experience for them.

A special shoutout to Lisa's White Flour Catering, one of our preferred caterers, for providing the delicious food for the evening. You always deliver amazing flavors that our guests love! 🍽️

We’re so grateful to have wonderful returning clients like Gallant Therapy Services and can’t wait to welcome them back again. Here’s to a festive season filled with joy and celebration! 🎄🎉

Side note: the uplighting made the pictures look blue however it was very bright and white in the room!

Today, we had the privilege of hosting a beautiful Celebration of Life event. Although our banquet room can accommodate up to 250 people, we’re also equipped to host smaller, more intimate gatherings, just like today. With great lighting and a welcoming atmosphere, the space is perfect for honoring loved ones.

We include all tables and chairs in the rental price, and for a little extra ease, you can add linens—taken care of for you, so you can focus on what truly matters. For a special touch, our clients can also choose to add a screen and projector for a photo slideshow of their loved one.

Today’s event included a custom non-alcoholic bar, alongside our usual offerings of water and Pepsi products. We also provide complimentary centerpieces and coffee to add that little extra warmth to the occasion.

Plus, our banquet room offers plenty of parking and the privacy needed for an event like this.

We’re honored to be part of these meaningful moments. If you’re planning a special event, big or small, we’d love to help make it unforgettable.
