2023 Year in Review: Gratitude and Growth
We are so grateful for all the amazing people who have supported us in our second year in business. Here are some of our highlights and milestones in 2023:
• We served over 2,300 guests at various events, from weddings to corporate parties.
• We earned over 50 five-star reviews on Google and became one of the top-rated small caterers in Austin on Yelp!
• We secured our national trademark after a year-long process, which gives us more recognition and protection for our brand.
• We expanded our online presence with a new website, thanks to my wife and marketing director, Trish, who also keeps me grounded and focused on our vision.
• We enjoyed the support and encouragement of our loyal followers on social media, who have shared our story and helped us grow our business organically.
• We had fun working with our daughter, Delilah, who is our chief taste-tester and occasional helper, when she is not busy being a superstar at school and in life.
Some special moments and milestones:
• Our top repeat client of 2023 was 7 Creeks Vinyard, who hired us for 4 events throughout the year. We are honored to have such a great relationship with them and look forward to working with them again in 2024.
• Our biggest event of 2023 was Toast of Texas, a fundraiser for the Wine & Food Foundation, where we catered for 275 guests. It was a huge success and we received many compliments for our menu and presentation.
• As an auction item, we helped raise $12,000 for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation Gala. We are proud to support such a worthy cause and hope to make a difference in the lives of those affected by breast cancer.
• We have also continued to support the work of Heroic Path to Light, a non-profit organization that provides therapy and assistance to veterans and first responders suffering from PTSD. We are grateful for their service and sacrifice and want to give back to them in any way we can.
We are so thankful for each and every one of you who has supported us in this adventure. It has been a lot of hard work, but also a lot of joy and fulfillment. We look forward to serving you again in 2024 and beyond! 🙏🏼❤️🍽️
