The experience is an exploration of a city neighborhood that brings life to the history, public art and spirit of a neighborhood. Teams must solve puzzles and clues and complete hilarious photo challenges in order to achieve their singular goal: to get back to the present. If they don’t, they become lost in time forever! Escape the Box has been enjoyed by thousands of participants from across the

globe, and is a part of the required curriculum for students at the Immersive Institute at UT Austin’s Audience Participation class. Escape the Box can be played in Austin, Denver, San Diego, Nashville, Los Angeles, New Orleans, Santa Fe, New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Houston, San Antonio, and Las Vegas. We can make an Escape the Box play zone in the city of your choice, just ask!

Time Travelers Took Over San Diego!

We just wrapped up our biggest event yet at the WOW Festival—an epic gathering of immersive art from around the world!

Over 360 adventurers joined us across 6 events in 4 action-packed days! It was a wild ride through time, full of puzzles, hilarious photo challenges, and nonstop excitement!

Time travelers unite! The Atlassian crew embarked on an epic adventure playing Escape the Box! They dodged wormholes, outsmarted bat monsters, ran for thier lives, almost became stuck in time, and raced against time to escape! With the exception of a few few squeals when the bats swooped 😱, every moment was a blast.
