Happy Hump Day!!

Funny story time! 🤣

I was packing up a Dallas Soul Food Festival event and had just purchased my new fryers at the time(2023). A young man came up to us inquiring about them as he was leaving himself. The rest was history in the making. 🥰🥰

Well that young man was Chef Robert Hester of Hesters Bar & Grill ! He was starting his journey in the pop up world and I immediately felt his eagerness and willingness to expand and explore. I've watched him climb mountains in a small amount of time and only know it's young to get better for him! 🙌🙌

In conversation, we discovered we are both Scorpio's and actually have the same birthday 11/13, which is today! 🎉🎉
