What a nice night to celebrate the Avilla volunteer Fire Department
On the menu:
Apple Glaze pork chops, Turkey rolls ups stuffed filled with stuffing , sharp cheddar cheese smothered in gravy, whipped red skin liaded potatoes, corn, green beans, pasta salad, garden salad, bread rolls, along with mini cherry cheese cake cups, chocolate and pistachio mousse cups!

Great day for baking
17 Bundt cakes done ready for packing, Lemon 🍋 Blueberry 🫐, Buttrr Pecan, Red Velvet, Cherry 🍒, Triple Chocolate 🍫, 3 Dutch Apple Pies . Time to package them up and deliver. Bless each and everyone of you!

Yet another beautiful day for 2 catering jobs. First off a grab and go breakfast with egg bites, mini muffins, bagels and cream cheese, croissants, juice and coffee, then it was a hearty lunch with chicken salad croissants, Caesar salad and vegetables soup with assorted cookies to top it off !
Special thanks to my helpers, we could do all this without all our support staff.
Thanks again Melinda, Jayme, Jennifer and my wonderful partner in business and in life Dave. So proud of our small business.

What a beautiful day for a catering job! Love our small business and the opportunities to serve others. The homestead Purdue Conference staff is doing a great job with this hands on project. On the menu today was Beef and Chicken tacos , Nachos and cheese with all the fixings , milk and dark chocolate brownies, bottled water, ice tea, lemonade. We also provided plant base, GF and dairy free selections.
