Brisket plates were a success!! Brisket was smoked for 9 hours, baked cheddar and gouda mac and cheese, green beans simmered in stock and thick ham, toasted rolls and banana pudding!

Good morning, and welcome to the page! I am Zack the owner of Talkn' Snack Catering and we are a new, home-based, family-run catering team committed to quality food for your family and/or event. I started cooking when I was a child- like many, in the kitchen with the women in my family watching and learning the techniques passed down to them.

Food has always been a passion of mine and I have recently decided to share my talent and hobby with the world. I am engaged to my beautiful and amazing partner, April, and we are blessed with an amazing son that I look forward to teaching this art to as well.

My specialties are BBQ, Pastas, Sandwiches, Wings, Grilled Meats and Burgers, but with preparation, I am confident I can present to you some of the best of almost anything.
