Meeting Solutions, Inc. is hiring! We are looking for an Operations Coordinator for the main office location in Baltimore. Inquiries should be sent to [email protected].

The Operations Coordinator will be an integral member of our energetic and fast-paced team, focused around
supporting and maintaining core internal systems, as well as managing supplies and physical inventory. You’ll partner
closely with our program operators, as well as with our executive team to support day-to-day business operations on
behalf of the organization.
This is an ideal role for someone with some office and professional experience, looking to gain exposure within events
operations and management. You are comfortable in a support role, take direction and coaching well, can take
initiative with responsibility, and thrive as part of a highly productive and efficient team. This role is primarily in-person
and located in our main office location in Baltimore, MD. Opportunity for occasional travel to support on program
ex*****on as needed (quarterly).
