It's a jazzed up Asian style chicken noodle soup. Loaded with veggies - onions, carrots, garlic, green onions and cabbage - there aren't too many bowls of deliciousness that will give you that much greenery. The broth gives it a punch with so much flavor and the shredded chicken hidden throughout. All you need is a fork or spoon.

NEW DISH ALERT....
It is a tradition in my family to have black-eyed peas on New Year's day for luck but these are so good you can have them all year long. Black-eyed peas are cooked in chicken broth. I find smoked pork neck bones the secret tp making them come out flavorful. They are slowed and gently cooked which creates the perfect side dish with some rice.
