Update on my crazy life...
some of you may know that I fell Friday night & broke my hip (old bones). Had a full hip replacement on Saturday & came home on Sunday but with a walker that I have to use for 6 weeks.
The timing couldn't be worse!
Between booking the DJs at LB Skybar each weekend, organizing the Mt Vernon PRIDE event, booking the DJs for Sat & Sun of PRIDE, upcoming shows I've committed to & bar gigs that I'm committed to... I need some help. And if you know me, you know this is not as easy thing for me to do!
I need help with loading & unloading a truck then setting up the booth for my Fleurtopia business on Friday June 14th in Mt Vernon.
I'll need the same on Saturday the 15th in Station North
I will also need the same help on July 13th for a Rum Fest over by Hollins Market & possibly more as I need to make money somehow!
Speaking of, a financial ask is really, really hard for me but with not being able to work regularly for almost 2 months & foreseeing being inundated with medical bills, I've set up a go fund me acct for those wanting to help in that way. Anything received will be greatly appreciated!
So that's it in a nutshell basically. I'm recovering, organizing & working from home & hoping to get out shuffling down the street on my walker this week 😊
