Tom Cat's Kitchen will be a cafe and deli that provides rich and healthful breakfast foods, coffee drinks, fresh juices, and grab & go options to get the neighborhood's morning commuters and incoming office workers nourished for their day. We will run a lively lunch service focused on quick turn-around times to cater to those working nearby seeking a quick and healthy lunch or juice pick-me-up. Weekends will feature a hearty brunch menu utilizing ingredients from the nearby Farmer's Market and Bring Your Own Bubbles for mimosas made with fresh-pressed juices. The Greenmount corridor is a main thoroughfare for public transit and for individuals commuting from adjacent areas such as Belvedere Square, Govans, or Lake Montebello on their way downtown or to 83 access. As a historic main street, it's avenues were planned to capture traffic and create a business hub. Tom Cat's will be a key player in re-establishing this Baltimore main street.
