The time has come.

I want Texas Twinkies in my life, so that means you get them in yours too. I’m running them as a weekend special for pickup on Sunday, 1/26. They’ll be the usual 6/$20, increments of 6 only! I’ll also be running mini sides of mac & cheese and honey jalapeno cornbread (2-3 servings) for $6, pic with my beautiful hand for reference 😎 any side except street corn is available in half and full pans as well.

I’ll be sharing this quite a bit as the lack of activity has me out of the algorithm. Please share, and send a message to get your orders in! There’s a lot of new followers since last time I ran these as a special, so tell your friends. These are NOT worth missing out on 🔥 only available a couple times a year.

Thank you all for getting your Thanksgiving orders in! I’ll be aiming to have the whole turkey done by 3pm, breasts and sides SHOULD be done sooner if you’d like to pickup. That being said, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE follow this page that day for updates, messaging each individual person about their order is very time consuming on a holiday where I’m cooking for so many. Always feel free to reach out, but keep in mind I’m busy over here trying to feed your crowd and mine 😅

Official Thanksgiving post: I will be doing whole turkey’s, turkey breast roasts and select sides this year for Thanksgiving day pickup! LIMITED AVAILABILITY.

Turkey and turkey breast will be brined, seasoned and smoked, while turkey will be somewhere around 15lbs. If you would like a bigger one, request it and I’ll see what I can do!

Sides available will be mac & cheese, baked beans, and cornbread in half or full pans only!
All food must be picked up by 3pm Thanksgiving day, no late or super early pickups available on the holiday!

Whole 15lb turkey will be $80, individual turkey breasts will be $20. All side pricing is on the menu, if you’ve gotten ahold of me about ordering please message me again to confirm. Looking forward to adding an element to your Thanksgiving dinner you’ll be craving the rest of the year 🔥

Throwing up some holiday plans!

It’s been a slow year for weekend food specials, time constraints are insane and most everything has been catering. Sorry for the let-down this year! I will be running specials for fall including the brisket burritos and pulled pork crunchwraps I had up before, as well as 4-meat smoked chili and likely Texas Twinkies.

I’d to be able to let you plan ahead this year, so I’m announcing early that I’ll be taking orders for whole smoked turkey and turkey breasts this year for thanksgiving again, and all sides will be available too. Prices have yet to be deter but they’ll be similar to last year, and I’ll be posting reminders. Any time between now and then, feel free to get ahold of me with orders. I have a few catering inquiries I’ll be following up on as well, bear with me!

Just whipped up quite possibly the best thing I’ve made yet.

The other day my brother took some leftover mac and cheese and deep fried it, so we improved on that a little and I made THE barbecue crunchwrap.

From the bottom up it’s pulled pork, sweet and spicy bbq sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, spicy sweet chili Doritos, a monster deep fried mac and cheese patty, creamy baja taco sauce, and spicy coleslaw. Wrapped up tight and grilled to perfection 🔥 I’ve never had an idea come out so perfect before, and it’s a lot of fun to take things from the menu that are great on their own like pork, mac and cheese and coleslaw and combine them in crazy, delicious ways. There’ll be a special on these very soon one of these upcoming weekends, be looking out!

My brother created a monster deep frying the mac and cheese so there’s another one in the works this weekend 🔥 cheesy brisket elote burritos were a huge success, this weekend we’re trying out pulled pork mac and cheese crunchwraps. Shortly after, they’re both coming to you all so be ready 🥵🥵

I’ve been told numerous times now that this lack of running the smoker is unacceptable and I’m not allowed to wait any longer, SO.

There’ll be ribs available for Memorial Day weekend (Sunday, 5/26), along with honey jalapeno cornbread and smoked bourbon apple pie baked beans 🔥🔥
I won’t be taking unlimited orders or doing multiple cook sessions, so get your orders in!

Whole racks of ribs $25
Half rack combo with both sides $20
Side of cornbread or baked beans $3

Whole pans of cornbread and half/full pans of baked beans are available as well for a larger get-together
