Hello! We are Carlos and Lydia Mejia, and we love to cook! For a while now we have been thinking about catering for events, party’s, and gatherings. We have cooked for events and gatherings in the past and we have loved every minute of it. We smoke the majoriy of our meats and have a variety of sides available that we think fit best with any meat. We also can take any requests you may have and cook those as well. Attached is an image of our menu we currently have with prices. We will be adding and changing things as time goes on.
