We were up early today smoking meat for events and orders this weekend and wanted to do a trial run on our new "Swine and Shine" breakfast burrito we will be selling at Gateway Raceway on Sat...for the Misfit Toys Car Club Track day and Cars and Coffee St. Louis...it has Eggs, Pulled Pork, Bacon, Cheese and our Seasoned Tator Tots topped with a special sauce wrapped in a large tortilla. If we do morning events this will definitely be on the menu

We tried out a new Item tonight and I feel like it's a winner. Pulled Pork Egg Rolls (Our slow smoked pork with onions, diced jalapenos, BBQ sauce and our creamy coleslaw wrapped in an egg roll wrapper and fried to order. 2 come in an order for $8. We are thinking about doing a trial run on these at our July 5th event with Misfit Toys Car Club at Gateway Raceway. We also have 3 name options we are debating on.. Let us know your thoughts.
