It's been a rough week to start the new year health wise for us but we are overcoming and can't wait to start serving all our followers and customers in the upcoming new year. I definitely need some smoking therapy so 8 inches of snow and ice won't stop me from trying out a new recipe tomorrow for this year...going to be trying out Pulled Ham...pics to come tomorrow.

This weekend's recipients of our Pulled Pork Care Packages were the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office Windsor Sub-station which had a crazy busy weekend working the apple butter festival in Kimmswick. and Jefferson County 9-1-1 Dispatch Official the behind the scene first responders working hard all weekend. We hope you enjoy the care package!

It's been a busy week to wrap up our event season, We still have one more event on the books for Dec. that we will announce when it gets closer. Now we can take a break and recoup from our 45 events we did this spring and summer which is up from 4 last year. Thanks to all our customers and followers who have visited our booth and allowed us to cook for you. We've met a bunch of new people and many follow us from event to event. Special thanks to Marie Stelling and Misfit Toys Car Club Myles of Pickin’s , North Dispensaries Hillsboro Chamber Of Commerce The 1944 War Museum DeSoto Farmers Market for having us out at multiple events this summer. We also can't forget about our family who came out to help out at larger events. We will be focusing on Holiday Catering jobs and getting our Swine Sauce in Local Stores in the off season so if you need your holiday meal catered start contacting us to book it. Our Brisket is always a big hit for the Holidays.

The 1st Annual Boo at the Barn was a hit, Hillsboro Chamber Of Commerce did an awesome job putting it together. We brought 43 Hot Dogs among other stuff and sold out all the Hot Dogs within the first 45 min's.... The Brisket Chili was also a big Hit.
