Citrus marinated short rib torta w/mixed greens, avocado, pickled jalapeños, tomato, onion, lime/cumin aioli and a dusting of garlic goat cheese served with chips and salsa verde.

Not to be outdone is Foundation Brewing's Zuurzing (sour farmhouse).

Sliders!!! Marinated short rib, chicken, tofu or portobello mushrooms w/Asian slaw, polish pickles and radishes.
It's too late for Maine Beer Company's Lunch for its namesake, but not for consumption. Serving it all night.
