We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Specialist to join our team at Baxter Flowers! In this role, you will be the face of the shop, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, manage sales transactions, and ensure timely floral deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:
* Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting floral arrangements and gifts.
* Provide knowledgeable recommendations on flower types, arrangements, and care instructions.
* Receive orders and process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.
* Coordinate and manage flower deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate service.
* Collaborate with the team to create beautiful displays and promote seasonal offerings.
Previous experience in retail sales and customer service is preferred but not required.
