It’s been a busy couple of weeks in the kitchen and venue! Thankfully our friends at Filley Bar and Grill collaborated with us in smoking over 2000 lbs of pork butt for the Harvest Meals/Farmers Coop branches in NE and KS! Huge shout out to Joel, Mackenzie and Kelly at Filley Bar and Grill. The last 2 Sundays were spent loading the smoker, wrapping and taking them off to pull at our kitchen! Another huge thank you to our staff for making our spice rub, sauces, prepping the meat, cleaning the equipment the list goes on!
