If you want to sample these covered king cakes from this company, I will have one at my Feb 17 anniversary celebration at Kim Ortiz Portrait Art. These are hard to get as they are sold out but I snagged two in New Orleans last week in the way home. Had to order online for pickup early January as they sold out in minutes.

D**g Phuong bakery in New Orleans now makes more than 60,000 king cakes for Mardi Gras every year, shipping them as far as Canada and Hawaii.
