ts, NM artists and Vendors, a Farmer's Market and lots more!! There will be raffles to benefit Valancia County Veterans as well as information and outreach services for our veterans. Please, no coolers or dogs! This event is organized by the Celebrate Belen Team which includes the City of Belen, Belen Chamber of Commerce, Valencia County Hispano Chamber of Commerce, and local business and community organizations.
