*When placing an Order I require at least 1 week (7 days) notice.
*Orders will be Filled, Picked Up and/or Delivered 2 days before the Holiday

NO SHOWS:
Orders that are not picked up in the allotted time will be sold or donated. CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations of all Orders must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled Delivery/Pick-up. If Customer does not cancel within 72 hours, t

Due to tedious, handcrafted quality of these Orders we are unable to provide refunds or exchange Orders. Please examine your Order at time of Delivery/Pickup. If you have any concerns please let us know at time of Delivery/Pickup and we will document this information and attempt to repair/fix your Order on the Spot. Once we leave the Customers Location or the Customer leaves our Location with the Order, we at Sweet Creations by Tiffany are no longer responsible.
