WE'RE HIRING � Victopia LLC are looking for enthusiastic, Creative, hard-working & motivated individuals, to join our team of party-people! We are currently hiring for Event Planner Assistant Roles, Part -time (Freelance/ Contractor - must be willing to work weekends in and around King County - wheresoever the event is)

As an Event Planner Assistant, you will report directly to the lead Event Planner. Your job will be to support the Event Planner with pre-event operational planning, client management - meet with clients to work out event details and clerical support if need to be and becomes the direct contact between the event vendors - i.e, scout and book locations like hotels, helping clients with caterers if need be, entertainment and the event supervisor.

You will also be required to effectively carry out the plan designed by the Event Planner, help with styling, coordinate day of event logistics including signage, greeting the client, and It will also be your responsibility to ensures that the event is set up and taken down properly.

The Event Planner Assistant role can include things like organizing volunteers, participating in fundraising, and soliciting material donations. As this careers is not for everyone, it is important to be passionate because much of the work is indeed a labor of love.

Ultimately, our jobs is to make sure that the event runs smoothly – we will be working as a team and trying to get the job done.
