In home meal prep consists of us coming to your home preparing one or a few delicious meals for you and/or your family and leaving your kitchen clean. Or get the same meals pre cooked and delivered to your home for grab and go or heat and serve options. Pictured is sautéed jackfruit for jackfruit tacos, salmon nuggets for fried salmon tacos, cilantro lime rice, black beans, cauliflower steaks, fried cabbage and roasted sweet potato wedges!
