🌸✨ Big News and New Beginnings! ✨🌸

Exciting things are happening at The Bungalow, and we’re thrilled to share this update with all of you!
de.stela will be moving on to a larger space in downtown Bend. Meanwhile, Eryn will be taking over the full shop here 635 NW Colorado, creating even more magic with .

We want to make it clear that this transition is filled with nothing but love and mutual support. The time we’ve spent sharing this space has been incredible, and we’re so excited to see each other grow and thrive in our next chapters.

To our amazing community: thank you for being a part of this journey. Your support has meant everything to us, and we can’t wait to share all the exciting things we have planned.

🌟 Stay tuned for updates from both of us—we’ll be sharing more details soon about Casa de Stela’s new space and Eryn’s plans for Flowers by Eryn at the current space.

Our LAST PASTA MAKING CLASS of 2025 with Chef Candy of will be Thursday, December 19th from 6-8pm ❤️ These tend to sell out quickly and we have limited space so grab your Nan, bestie or lover and go to the link on our stories - or DM us to Venmo. We’ll have extra special treats 🥂🥂🍾 for the holidays ❄️and you won’t want to miss this opportunity to learn how to make gnocchetti pasta. Gnocchetti is a Sardinian 🌊 style pasta with ridges made by using a very special tool (that will be provided). Hope you can make it 🤗

This week Flowers by Eryn celebrate 3 years of business in Bend and 2 years in a row of Best Florist in Bend Runner Up! Today we are back in the shop after a 2 week refresh. We love love love creating for you the prettiest and most special florals and being part of this community. Orecchiette pasta is a staple dish from the Puglia region of Italy that originated beween the 12th and 13th centuries. The name translates to “little ears” in Italian, and the pasta is said to have been inspired by the roofs of trulli houses.•

Meet Chef Candy Argondizza, co-founder of Ingredient Studio in Bend, Oregon. Raised in an Italian family, Candy has an impressive resume. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, she taught at the International Culinary Center in NYC, earning the “Educator of the Year” award from the IACP. She later led the ICC’s culinary and pastry faculty, developed curriculum, and contributed to ICC cookbooks. 💕

After NYE, we’ll be back on Jan 5th with some incredible sale offerings Fri-Sun for the first two weekends of the month with regular store hours returning after January 15th ❤️
🌸 flowersbyeryn will be go dormant for a bit---and will be closed 12/25 through Jan 31. They will return for flourishing February.
