Spray Park Extended Hours!!

We are able to offer extended Spray Park Hours. Starting tomorrow, July 12th our Spray Park is now open until 8PM (opens at 10AM), Monday through Friday and open on both Saturdays and Sundays 10:00AM to 4:00PM. This is weather permitting.

We have hired additional spray park attendants for these extended hours that takes us through August 12th. We are still seeking additional attendant(s) to keep these extended hours through Labor Day. Please see our previous post and Township website for job description and application.

I would like to continue my sincere appreciation to ALL of our amazing Public Works and Parks and Recreation employees that have worked on the Spray Park continuously, and continue to learn and operate this intricate system. Specifically, thank you Bill Embrico, Charlie Dearnley, John Gills, Joe Lawson and our newest seasonal member, Andrew Johnson. Continued support and appreciation to Dana Coleman, Jessica Ireland, Jai'er Brown, Scott Cooper and our new Park and Recreation Director Brian Morris. And always, the biggest thank you to Township Council who always have our back!!

We hope the residents of Bristol continue to enjoy the summer fun and enjoy the Municipal Park and the extended hours for the spray park. Please remember swim diapers are required. Swim shoes should be worn. No food or drink in the spray park area, and no running or jumping on the sitting walls surrounding the spray pad. The jets are on a 30 minute timer, so the activator button should be pushed when the jets turn off, or if no water is on when you come during open hours of operation, only needs to be pushed once. And we are still working on providing shade to the area.

Spray Park officially opens tomorrow at 10:00 am! We thank you for your continued patience and support.

Swim diapers and swim shoes are required.

Spray park will be open Monday through Friday from 10am to 4pm. We are working on staff to expand hours.

We are still in need of spray park attendants with pool and chemical experience available for late afternoons to early evenings and weekends for the summer season. Up to 28 hours a week, $18/hr. Please email your interest and pool experience to Lisa Strong at [email protected].

We will not post daily concerning park opening, only if the spray park is down for maintenance or issue. If inclement weather, the spray park will not be turned on.

There is an activator, pictured and shown in video. This must be pressed to start the water for the spray park. It is timed to go off with inactivity after 5 minutes. So the activator button must be pressed to turn the water on for the water to come through the spray park nozzles.
