Hey everyone! Just a reminder that the “Spiritual Moms Picnic Playdate” is this Thursday, the 23rd, from 10am-1pm! There will be a nature-based craft, the opportunity to pet and feed goats, as well as a huge slip-n-slide!
A few reminders/things to keep in mind:
-This event will be geared towards children ages 0-5 years old.
-As of now, the weather looks like it will be cooperating! Yay! But it will be hot, so be prepared to be outside in the heat. The craft table will be covered by a tent though!
-Per usual: This event is at a farm, so come with farm expectations. There will be uneven ground, tree roots, and maybe an occasional pile of sheep p**p. 🤣
-Though there will be access to a bathroom, it is a “camping” toilet in a pop-up tent. It is still very sturdy though!
-There will be a cooler with ice if anyone needs to put their drinks in it to keep them cold.
-There will be an opportunity to feed the goats! Cups with goat feed in them will be 50¢ per cup, so bring some change if your kiddos want to participate in that.
-Cost of entry is a suggested donation of $5 per family. There will be a box for cash, as well as an option for Cash App or Venmo payments!
-Parking: When you pull up to the address listed below, you will pull into a home driveway. (It will be marked by balloons near the road.) As you drive down the driveway, you will be directed to turn to the left into the pasture. Parking will be on the hill on the left!
-Things to bring:
•bathing suits
•towels
•sunscreen
•picnic lunch/drinks and blanket to sit on
•water shoes or sandals with straps
•(optional) camping chair
•(optional) quarters to feed goats
