Warning: This will be a long post so please read through fully...
1) Yes there has been a price increase......1/2 down is still required for all sessions to book, and no date or time will be held without paying the deposit.
2) I will 100% be enforcing the late fee, which is a charge for every 15 minutes you are late after your scheduled time.
3) If cancellations are made less than 24 hours before your session there will be a cancellation and rescheduling fee.
4) If you need to cancel and do so more than 24 hours before your session you will not be charged the cancellation fee just the rescheduling fee.
5) If I need to cancel for any reason, you will not be charged any fees and will be given dates to reschedule.
6) I will no longer be offering any flash drives, if you would like your images on a flash drive you must provide them.
7) I will NO LONGER be answering any questions after 6:00 pm or before 8:00 am, I am sorry but I also need time with my family.
8) Photo return will now be extended to 2-3 weeks from shoot date.
9) I will be enforcing the distance travel fees this year if you are more than 15 miles outside of my area there will be a charge for travel.
10) I WILL NO LONGER TOLERATE OR ENGAGE IN DRAMA, IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH SOMETHING BRING IT STRAIGHT TO ME. I WILL ALWAYS WORK TO FIX A PROBLEM BUT I WILL NOT WORK WITH SOMEONE WHO IS RUDE OR BELITTLING.
11) TOY DRIVE......let us get into the big changes coming for Toy Drive.....
a) Toy Drive will now be by invite only........
b) There will be one weekend that is open to the general public, however with that groups will need to be kept to less than 10 people for that weekend per session.
c) There will still be a $5 holding fee for your date and time
d) The toy donation cost is going to change slightly, please read carefully
I) For groups of 4 or less people, the donation will still be a minimum of a $10 toy
II) For groups of 5-8 people the donation will be raised to $15 minimum
III) For groups of 9-15 people the donation will be raised to $20 minimum
IV) Any groups larger than 15 people you will be required to provide 1 extra toy per person ( no minimum on the extra toy)
e) Going forward, ALL sessions must be booked through the booking site, I will not be able to reserve any dates or change dates or times. There simply was too much confusion this year with people messaging me and trying to change things or schedule. Please understand that I am still doing regular shoots and running a family during this time.
f) Invites for Toy Drive will go out in August, the open weekend will be announced at the same time.
g) For anyone with pets, there will now be restrictions on the number of animals coming in for photos, I normally did not restrict the amount of animals but several occasions this year I was over run with chaos. So from this point forward two animals per session. If you would like to do more than 2 please book the appropriate amount of time and you can bring in 2 at a time per session time.
h) All regular rules of Toy Drive will be enforced going forward, I have lax the last couple of years in dealing with some issues and that will not continue going forward.
