Looking for a refreshing, flavorful cocktail??

How delicious does this look?

Vodka Watermelon Cocktail

Only 4 ingredients...

8 cups of puréed watermelon
11 oz of coconut water
4 tablespoons of fresh lime
1 cup of Vodka Citron

Mix together, garnish with fresh mint.

Makes approximately 8 cocktails.

Caprese Salad..

Looking for that easy side for this weekend?

This is super easy and looks beautiful on any table.

The key will be using fresh ingredients.

Ripe tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, and fresh green basil.

Drizzle with olive oil and Balsamic.
Add a dash of salt and pepper.

Delicious and so easy.

Add crusted bread and a bottle of wine, and you are ready!

I found these small tortilla bowls..

Love them!

Perfect size for appetizers.

I used a lettuce leaf for a base, and then added black bean salsa and a chip.

Garnished with cilantro and avocado. 😋
