We had a perfect fall day with a gorgeous blue sky for today’s wedding! Temperatures were warm indoors and cool and crisp outside- perfect for sitting around the bonfire. It was also the final event for the 2024 season. Thank you to everyone who chose to hold their special day here on the farm. It was great to meet all of you and your families and friends. 2025 will be our ninth season and it’ll be here before we know it!

October continues to provide beautiful weekend weather! Today’s wedding had lots of unique special touches and it was a wonderful day for this great couple and all their family members who came from near and far to attend. One more to go before Farmviews’ 2024 season is over.

It was a beautiful fall day today and luckily the rain went around us so the wedding could be outdoors as planned. This couple and their families and friends were a pleasure to work with! And it’s always fun to visit with all the guests- today they came from all over the USA!

It’s already October and the first of Farmviews final four weddings for this season was just perfect! Sunny skies and the sound of the leaves rustling in the warm wind made for a gorgeous wedding day for this wonderful couple. Congratulations to Olivia and Hunter!

Guess what today’s wedding couple and their family do for a living? Love my farmer weddings! They’ve been friends and neighbors for years and I was honored they chose to have their beautiful wedding here at Farmview. A great celebration as harvest time begins. Congratulations to Jordan and Destiny!

Nice change of pace tonight with the annual Whitetails Unlimited banquet. So many awesome raffle and auction items! It’s a great way to usher in the fall and the upcoming hunting season.

A gorgeous fall wedding today! Yes it rained right at ceremony time, but guests were able to wait it out in the barn, have a refreshment and an hour later the sun came out, we got the chairs wiped off and the bride got her outdoor wedding that she wanted so badly. Later on, it rained a little more but before that, guests were able to spend time outdoors, play games and watch a spectacular lightning display. Congratulations to this great family

Fantastic event this morning at our local pumpkin patch and corn maze Petals and Plows. The Packers, Farm Bureau, Wisconsin Department of Tourism, Wisconsin Agricultural Tourism Association , The Fabulous Farm Babe and Governor Evers all stopped by to celebrate Wisconsin Agricultural Tourism Fall Season and to thank the Kaufman Family for sharing their farm with everyone. And just like that, August weddings are done here at Farmview and we’ll move on to September. Today was a warm one but this fun group didn’t let that bother them. It was just right to sit outside in the shade and relax. Gorgeous boho style decor and what a great idea to have the DJ do karaoke between the ceremony and mealtime! Congratulations to the happy couple!

Today’s wedding was special for a couple of reasons. The bride and her family are good friends and neighbors right down the road, and all the florals were done with flowers from this farm, my daughters place across the field, and my other daughters farm in Ohio. Her business is called Florebelle Homegrown and Handmade Goods. She does one wedding a year here at Farmview so if any of my 2025 or 2026 couples are still looking for a florist, give her a call.

Our nearby friends at Petals & Plows are one of four corn mazes in Wisconsin with a football draft theme this year- visit them all and enter the maze challenge!

This event will be limited to 25 attendees so don’t delay! Grab some girlfriends and get signed up for this fun weekend! The cooking class instructor is amazing and this area of the state has lots of great places to explore. I’m thinking in late September the fall colors will be putting on a great show too.
