Something has come up and I will not be able to make it Monday. I have to be with my family. I will definitely reschedule at the first opportunity I can find. Thank you for your endless support. I hope you’ll continue to patronize Rojo every time they open the doors. They do so much for our community at large and I’m grateful for their dedication to building up small businesses.

I’m going to have to take a break for a few months. I’m starting a new journey, and I need to focus. I’ll be at ROJO in Monday for SOUPAPALOOZA, then I’m going to be out of pocket until around Summer. Please reach out for special circumstances, but Meal Prep and recurring events are discontinued from today forward.
Thank you for your endless support and encouragement. I will still be here posting cooking videos and food thirst traps. So it’s not good bye, but See You Later, Birmingham.

I’m popping up and we’re gonna get this party started… SOUPAPALOOZA returns at Rojo Birmingham in Highland Park, Birmingham. The adventure begins at 5:30pm on Monday January 20th and runs until we run out of food, or 9pm. The menu is posted below, and the bar will be open. Can’t wait to see all y’all.
