SEPTEMBER for Gintells was a Lil different....I spent most of the month off from my Day job....we was on StRiKe.... but i kept pushing with GINTELLS.... started with selling Lil mimi cobblers and million dollars pies..cooked some food for the strike line. .... on to loaded seafood Alfredo for a shower......fruity fruit trays for another shower ...then on to a bereaving family Italian dinner Lasagna and Chicken Alfredo & salad......we ended the month with a very colorful gift opening party with a variety of finger foods....see you in October.....let's see what FALL bring in.......

SO AUGUST turned into a different kind of month......my MAIN job is on STRIKE...so I am doing alot of cooking on the PICKET LINE for my fellow workers.......BUT I started my month on a busy note...a beautiful shower for a baby boy...then a bday luncheon...then a charcuterie board for a ladies night followed by food for the picket line....

JULY saw SPARKS flying .....meantime...Gintells was making sparks of their own....catering a 4th of July meal..... later creating a #63 CUPCAKE PULL APART...followed by a LUAU......see u next month.....

SO JUNE had wings on...the month flew by......Gintells started the month with a beautiful GENDER REVEAL cake...followed by a Father's day brunch.....some sweets ....and more sweets...then a private bday dinner...and a wedding.....LET'S GO JULY....we ready!!!!

Ooooh IT'S JUNE ...But let's not forget what GINA GINTELLS did in May........we started the month off with A beautiful baby shower...then a Mother's day luncheon....graduation desserts......cooking some alfredo for a customer..and made some corsages....WHAT!!!!....ITS TIME FOR JUNE!!!!

It's the end of April.....the month went super fast....Gintells had a fun month....a beautiful wedding....I got to do all the dinner food and the cocktail hour food...the decor and all the flowers....I did a prom corsage and boutineer...retirement balloon arch...and an office salad and ended on a sweet note.... a graduation cake.... cupcakes...chocolate covered treats......May will be busy at the beginning and end in Vacation!!!!! Let's go May!!!!!

WOW...it's April....March was busy and fulfilling......we did alot of cooking/baking....some arts and crafts....a bridal shower...a brunch....catered a couple of Easter dinners...a bridal tasting....let's prepare for April......

January and February rolled in and out so fast....we got the kitchen HOT!!!! And we did a few other crafty things..we had a wedding..a bday party..a mardi gras celebration..made kiddie valentine baskets...did a rental..put up backdrops..made a hotair balloon basket for a puppy reveal..we made floral arrangements.....we have been busy....thx for patronizing.... ready for to MARCH in March!!

ITS A NEW YEAR!!!! Gintells had a WONDERFUL '23....DECEMBER was a busy month.....thx for patronizing and I look forward to REPEAT AND NEW customers....December recap ..corsage...wedding reception...dinner parties...sweet treats.. cakes..cupcakes!!!! JULY......we was booked and busy....started with beautiful Bohemian shower...then we catered a repast for a grieving family....from there we catered lunch for Lighthouse Childhood development center....next we to created our 1st Unicorn cake and cupcakes...we then catered Ribs and all the fix'ns for the 70's party...we quietly ended the month catering some bold flavors ...Chicken Alfredo..Lasagna....Lasagna w/pepperoni and lasagna soup with a salad boat!!!! SO JUNE WAS A SHORT MONTH I WAS ON VACATION FOR ALMOST HALF.....but we still got some work in......father's day luncheon ...red beans n rice...fried chicken..pork chops..dirty rice......gender reveal cake...food tasting with seafood Rockefeller.
