The Sippin’ Squirrel Mobile Bar had so much fun last night, serving up amazing mocktails for the Pueblo Zoo’s Zoofari fund raiser! The mocktails were a hit!! We served: Monkey Business( coconut milk, banana, chocolate swirl, garnished with chocolate chips, banana chips, and coconut curls), The Crazy Chameleon (homemade lemonade with homemade grenadine and butterfly pea flower tea color layers, garnished with an orchid), and Jungle Juice(cranberry juice, pineapple juice, orange juice, ginger ale, fruit chunks floating, garnished with a pineapple wedge).

Thanks to my friend Beth Van Pelt for her amazing signs and super thanks to my friends Lance and Louanne Taylor for swooping in at the last minute to fix a slight plumbing issue!!

The Sippin’ Squirrel Mobile Bar had a great time this weekend at the Beulah Historical Societies open house. We served two flavors of mocktails and infused water. So thankful for the opportunity to connect with the community and show off our services! And super thankful for Beth Van Pelt for the amazing signs she did and for working the bar while I worked the event at my horse barn.
