A Sacred Garden Promise
For Hailee and Spencer ~ June 19, 2025
Beneath Montana’s endless skies,
Where a pond reflects and waters rise,
God walked among the blooms that day,
To bless the words they'd soon both say,
And hold their hearts as they both pray.
Their vow books opened, pages worn,
Each word a prayer their souls had sworn.
With trembling voice and spirits born
Of grace and faith since they were formed,
They gave their hearts, through love adorned.
Around them circled those held dear,
Who warmed the rings with joy and tear.
God’s blessings flowed from hand to hand,
A sacred fire no storm could stand
Love sealed by Heaven’s gentle plan.
The mountains stood in silent praise,
As pond and waterfall gave way
To echoes of the vows they made,
Two souls now one, by God arrayed,
With faith to guide them all their days.
So let this garden always be
A glimpse of love’s eternity.
With God as anchor, strong and true,
They’ll walk as one their whole life through
Held fast by grace, the sky, and You.
