Birthday number 1! New blog post is up! So much fun getting to going back and reminisce about Mary Elle’s first birthday. Here’s a small piece of what I wrote:

“It’s true. I sometimes go a little overboard on parties, but there’s one truth I never forget - There isn’t a budget in the world that can take away from decorations, invitations, and decor made with love. A party crafted in DIY fashion can rival even the most elaborate of affairs. Unique details and person touches are often the stars of the show! They serve as a secret ingredient that can make a party magical. No matter what kind of birthday party I throw next, it will never outshine birthday number 1.”

First blog post is live! So excited to have a place to save all my thoughts, give props to my peeps, post photos, and link things all in one place. I think it’ll serve as a good tool for myself, too, when I forget about certain party details that l’ve done in the past!

First ever blog post coming soon! It’s not perfect, not at all complete, and is missing lots of things at the moment, but when your replies to your DMs are longer than most blog posts, it’s time to start a blog!

If you loved Mary Elle’s party yesterday, I’ll be sharing all the details very soon! Like tomorrow soon! I’ve been searching for a new roll for MerryMaker, and I think a blog is the perfect fit. Maybe once the kids are a little older I can step back into the paperie side of things again, but for now as would say, “It’s on pause.”

Hope you enjoy my new blog where l’ll share design advice, party tips, and other insights in a way that’s a little more organized than a series of disappearing Instagram stories! I’m still the MerryMaker, just in a different light!
