Tonight we’re cooking up some Jackfruit, with roasted jalapeños, garlic, and tomatoes, we put it over Jasmine rice and a house made Salsa. If you’ve never tried Jackfruit before it’s amazing product, definitely on the healthier side but definitely worth a try.
