For Spout Spring proprietors Alice and Chuck, what started with a love for the land and a good glass of wine has grown into a thriving business and a passion. In addition to using grapes for our estate wines, we sell to wineries, home winemakers, and jelly makers. As an authentic Tennessee vineyard and winery, we're proud to grow, produce, and bottle all our wines right here on the estate. Over th

e years, our location has also become a local destination for couples who want a scenic wedding venue. And who could disagree? Surrounded by beautiful farmland and majestic Tennessee mountains, we know of no better place to live, work, grow, and celebrate.

Help Daria Help Those in Need
Daria is getting a group together to help make fleece tie blankets to donate to people impacted by Hurricane Helene. If you’re in the East Tennessee area and would like to help make the blankets, she will gladly accept the help.
We will be meeting at Spout Spring Estates, 430 Riddle Lane Blaine, TN 37709 on Saturday October 26th. Daria has purchased material for 200 blankets and will have everything ready by noon – so just drop in when you can 12:00pm – 7:00pm! If you are in a position to help with material cost, it is appreciated, and every little bit helps. If you have blankets you would like to donate, we will accept them and are happy to get them to someone in need.
We will have light snacks for those helping make blankets. If you want to bring any additional food -that is fine.
High of 74 degrees on Saturday – perfect weather to be outside and for a good cause! This weekend is a UT football game bye weekend!!

Barrel No. 10 of 11 of 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon is now on the shelves. Aged in an Eastern European Oak Barrel. Notes of
Cherry, currants, allspice, chocolate and more. We have 12 barrels of the 2023 vintage aging and the 2024 vintage is still in the vineyard.

On the left is the 2024 vintage Soreli just starting fermentation. On the right is the 2023 vintage finished and bottled. Only 36 were produced. This wine was crafted to become an orange wine and it truly is that. This wine was fermented on the skins, then put through malolactic acid fermentation, then an extended maceration lasting a total of nine months. This wine was hand bottled unfiltered by the the vintner. First offered only to our club members @ $50 per bottle. No discounts will apply. Aromas of cut grass, dried apricots, charred wood and apple. The wine enters sweet and velvety to mid palate with a long warm smooth finish and a pleasant aftertaste. Primary flavors are apricot, apple, pear, and persimmon.

Part of the process of prepping for bottling is pumping the wine out of the barrel and into the stainless steel tank. This Blackberry Vintage is delicate and bold all at the same time! This Vintage has been aging in Appalachian Oak Barrels for 2.5 years! We will be bottling it this Friday. Blackberry Wine will also be added to our tasting menu!
