Blairsville Sorghum Festival In the Blairsville - Union County area of North Georgia, the Blairsville Sorghum Festival has been a part of Blairsville's heritage for more than 40 years.

While small in number, they accomplished by far the largest and most distinctive event of the year in Union County. The Blairsville Sorghum Festival Club request and get help from hundreds of citizens, firms and organizations each year to make the Festival the success it has always been. The Blairsville Sorghum Festival Club thanks all those that help produce the festival, but most of all they appreciate your attendance.

Hello Everyone,

For those of you patiently waiting for me on the knives,
I will once again be in the Blairsville walmart parking lot, Saturday morning, September 27th, 2025 from 10 am to 12 noon.

I will also be there Monday, September 29, 2025 from 5pm to 6pm.

I will be there Tuesday, September 30, 2025 from 6pm to 7pm.

Please make arrangements to pick them up at one of these times.

I will be at the bottom of the parking lot where the seasonal fireworks are usually sold in a white yukon.

Ok, guys! I've got everyone that has responded so far.
I've got a family thing, so I may not respond until later this evening.

For those of you that live in Blairsville, I will be in the Walmart parking lot from 10am till 12 noon. And the again at 5pm till 6pm tomorrow 8-16. If you already have plans tomorrow, I will plan another weekend day to get them to you.

If you live out if town, dm us with your mailing info and we will ship them to you and work out the payment.

The knives are 65.00 each.
Cash is fine. Please make checks out to

I will park at the bottom of the parking lot down where they sell the seasonal fire works. Look for the white Yukon.

Hello Everyone,
For fifty + years The Blairsville Sorghum Festival has sponsored an annual festival knife made by W.R. Case and Sons Co.
These knives are engraved with the year and annual festival number. Only 106 knives are made for us per year. We have some stragglers starting from the year 2013, which we will be selling for $65.00 each.
If you have a particular year you'd like for me to check and see if it's available, leave it in the comments and I'll follow up with you.
This Case knife pictured below is the 2013
44th annual Sorghum Festival knife.
