The Road Home A music project birthed in Indianapolis in 2009, The Road Home promotes local music in Indiana

The Road Home started as a music project in Indianapolis to raise awareness for two music charities, both favorites of artist Jeff Buckley, who inspired the mission every step of the way. Major changes over the last few years have prompted a hiatus, several journeys and much soul searching about what this project would become, if not a memory or a dream. In the spirit of the dear memory of Jeff, a

Our very own Artistic Director, ANDREAS IOANNIDES will be performing next Sunday, July 31 • 7pm at St. David’s Episcopal Church! 🤩

Chopin’s Études formed the foundation for what was then a revolutionary playing style for the piano. They are some of the most challenging and evocative pieces of all the works in concert piano repertoire. Because of this, the music remains popular and often performed in both concert and private stages. Some are so popular they have been given nicknames; arguably the most popular of all is Op.10 No.3, sometimes identified by the names Tristesse (“Sadness”) or “Farewell” (L’Adieu), as well as the “Revolutionary Étude” (Op.10 No.12) and “Winter Wind” (Op.25 No.11). The nicknames are of Chopin’s original creation, however. 🎶

Join us for a midsummer night’s concert to explore a wide range of emotions through these short pieces!!💛

All donations will go towards ChamberFest’s 2022 season✨
