Now, we are off next week for a much needed vacation for us as well as our staff that worked their tails off to make this year a great success.

It's Friday!! We are so excited for today. We will be serving at the Summer Luau at Discovery Church in Bristol from 6-?. We are also on our third day of Fun Fest, which means a new special; The Campfire! This potato (or nachos) has smoked sausage, green peppers, and onions just like you have on a relaxing camping trip! I think you'll love it!

A big heartfelt thank you to everyone who came out last night to the Red, White, and Boom event in Kingsport. We truly appreciate you all. We want to thank for allowing us to set up and serve! We couldn't do all we do without our wonderful team and staff that works their tails off at these events. A very big thank you to for helping Johnny out when our equipment decided not to work right. It was almost disastrous! We can't wait to do all this again in a few weeks at Fun Fest!!

Woohoo, it's Saturday and we are rallying in Erwin this afternoon! We will be along side of some really good trucks tonight Blue Ridge Paddling. Trucks will start serving at 4. We will tater you there!

Happy New Year, friends! We can't wait to see you soon with a new potato we are launching next week at Bristol Regional! Stay tuned for the announcement!
