Here's Why I Choose to Bake and Eat Sourdough🥖

1. Easier to Digest
The fermentation process pre-digests the gluten, making sourdough gentler on my family's bellies and bodies. It’s a difference we can feel.

2. Neutralizes Phytic Acid
Fermentation unlocks nutrients in the grain, allowing our bodies to absorb them better. Baking with freshly milled flour makes our bread even more nutrient-packed.
