Another amazing night teaching how to make fresh pasta and pesto from scratch at , in partnership with ! 🍝✨
This one was extra special with a guest appearance from our friends at , who brought their incredible organic extra virgin olive oil to the table. We used it to make a vibrant fresh pesto featuring micro basil and arugula.
I also had the chance to share more about AMA Private Dining, hand out some gift cards, and chat about the services we’re currently offering—including our Christmas menu! 🎄
Great night, great food, and even better people. Thank you to everyone who joined—it’s always a joy to share my passion for cooking with this community. Can’t wait to do it again soon!
