Chef Joe is a master and Hibachi enthusiast. Chef Joe became a Hibachi chef at the age of 18 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and worked in various restaurants in different levels to acquire his unique experience and expertise.

Chef Joe mastered his skills after moving to New York’s melting pot and owning his own state of the Art food truck to serve all of NYC’s best

Joe had the opportunity to move back to Florida and start Hibachi Joe Catering, where he presents him self and serves a Live and entertaining Hibachi experience in your own home.

Joe’s motto is “ cooking is entertainment”.
