Happy St. Patrick’s day all!!! It’s a day for green beers, luck o the Irish & one of my favorite drinks… Irish car bombs! If you haven’t tried these then you are seriously missing out! Made of a glass of Guinness with a shot of baileys & Jameson dropped in it, these drinks sure do do the trick!! They aren’t green, but they are delicious!

And here’s a couple of toasts I’ve learned through the years…

May your troubles be less, and your blessings be more. And nothing but happiness come through your door.

May you be in heaven a full half hour before the devil knows your dead.

Let the winds of fortune sail you, And may you sail a gentle sea. And let it always be the other fella who says, ‘Lads – this drink’s on me.’

Happy hump-day friends! Welcome to our newbies, I’m just going to do a quick introduction. My name is Angela Romejko & I have been bartending for 20(issshh) years. I know, how is that possible when I’m only 25… ok so it was a bad joke…. But for real. I have been in this business for longer than I’ll admit, and it’s my passion. I live on pine island & have been here for 12 years, bartending at the same location, currently named Phuzzys boat shack. I am tips certified, I have my management certification through Floridas department of food safety. I also was voted best bartender on pine island for 5 years. That being said, I have also privately bartended weddings, parties, wakes & I’ve even worked with caterers for over 15 years. It’s finally almost Christmas and day 12 of our 12 days of holiday drink inspiration is my own concotion. Pinnacle spiced cranberry, cranberry blackberry juice & ginger ale. A holiday take on a traditional vodka cranberry that is easy and so very good!!! Mix it up however you like, I promise it’s delicious!!! Day 9 of 12 days of holiday drink inspiration is a submission by my sister in law! It’s pretty simple but sounds delicious!! It’s called Cousin Eddie’s eggnog!!
There isn’t a clear recipe so measure with your heart, espresso vodka, baileys, eggnog with a caramel drizzle make up what I can only imagine Christmas tastes like! Enjoy & cheers! 🥂 pssst- don’t forget to book me in 2024 for any parties or weddings you got coming up!

Day 8 of our 12 days of holiday drink inspiration is called a winter wonderland margarita. I haven’t tried it but this picture sure makes it look good! The recipe calls for rosemary simple syrup which can be made mixing water, sugar & rosemary sprigs and boiling on the stove until fragrant.
Recipe:
2 oz resposado tequila
2 oz coconut milk (canned)
1 oz lime juice
1 oz grand marnier
1 oz Rosemary simple syrup
Optional sea salt garnish.

Day 7 of our 12 days of holiday cocktail inspiration is a quite delicious and simple recipe. It’s a toasted coconut cranberry spritzer which can be made at home in a matter of minutes or can be ordered at a bar with Malibu or whatever coconut rum you enjoy. Don’t forget to hire me for your mobile bartending needs, enjoy & cheers 🥂!
Recipe-
1 oz toasted coconut rum
Fill half & half with cranberry & ginger ale

Day 5 of our 12 days of holiday drink inspiration is a delicious twist on a classic drink that looks festive & tastes as good! It’s called a “winter cosmopolitan”.

1 1/2oz vodka
1/2 oz triple sec
Splash of lime juice
Fill with white cranberry juice

Served in a martini glass & garnished with a cranberry and mint leaf.

It’s a boozy holiday lemon drop martini with a recipe that says pour with your heart and use whatever vodka is your favorite. I personally squeezed half a lemon in mine because I love lemon! Day 2 of our 12 days of delicious holiday drink inspiration is called “the grinch”. Quite simple and only a few ingredients our recipe includes midori which is a melon flavored liquor, white rum & lemon lime sprite, garnished with a cherry of course! This drink is the perfect balance of looks & taste, and is sure to make for a fun addition to any holiday party. Don’t forget to use ‘On the Rockz bartending’ for all your holiday bartending needs!!

Day 1 of our 12 days of holiday drink inspiration is a pretty easy one! You can make your own espresso martini with vodka & espresso or even just espresso vodka. I like to buy from on the rocks (I may have bought this because of the name!) and top it with a little vodka infused whip cream. If you haven’t tried vodka infused whip cream you are missing out- this stuff is good and quite boozy! Hire me for your next party and we can feature a similar drink.
