Trade Secrets 👀: a high-quality margarita should always be opaque. If you can see through it- corners were cut. Here’s why: The correct amount of Freshly squeezed lime juice is always (cloudy). With the high cost of freshly squeezed 🍈lime juice + labor + storage = a cost 💵 equal to or more than most tequilas being poured ounce for ounce. And, that’s if your margarita is made with freshly squeezed lime juice and not watered down lime juice or an artificial substitute. Drink healthy my friends!

You can’t have a “street” taco (Calle Tacos at don juanz), without having high quality Carne Asada. Ours is Choice-Grade, Certified Angus Beef grilled fresh on our charbroilers when you place your order & not before. Fire-roasted elote is optional. Life’s to short to not eat the best tacos!
