Due to a Leap Year in 2023, our team gets a perfect trifecta this year & they’re already preparing for a three day Christmas Holiday. We’re closed on Monday’s, but our team gets Tuesday & Wednesday off this week to be with family during Christmas. Peace be with them all. Merry Christmas & Happy New Year.

🎄🌲🎄Created in 2006 as our signature holiday drink, the Mexican Snow Bear became a permanent year-round fixture at our bar. It’s now called The Yayo Martini. We blend Vanilla bean ice cream, Ghirardelli chocolate syrup, creme, blanco tequila, Kahlua, vanilla vodka & other proprietary liqueurs with a sprinkle of fresh cinammon on top brings a Baja Christmas to your day. Our Calle (street) Tacos aren’t just a street taco, they’re more of a nice Boulevard or scenic Drive Taco. We start with grilled, USDA (not imported), Choice-Grade, Certified Angus Beef, which is one notch below the best; USDA Prime (sold in fine steak houses). We add sliced, fresh avocado, grilled onion, salsa verde & cilantro on top of a 100% corn tortilla. We use this same beef on all of our steak menu items, so when you want a more elevated drive to your steak tacos, try these.

Rather you’re a celiac, diabetic, have high-blood pressure, a vegetarian or someone who seeks healthy dining options- we’ve gotcha covered.

Our Mexi-Cheez Chicken Tacos are a spin off one of our all-time favs; the Mexi-Cheez Steak Tacos. We start with a freshly made (lard-free) tortilla, grilled bell pepper, onion, chipotle queso blanco, jalapeño & grilled fajita chicken topped with grated chipotle for a deep smokey flavor.

We’re sorry, but we continue to have power related issues with our ventilation systems at our Bossier location. For the safety of our team-members our kitchen, we will be closed until Tuesday. It’s a holiday weekend & getting replacement parts for is difficult. This is our third major issue in two weeks, so we hope & pray our luck gets better! 🙏🌮
