At 8:00 AM I got a call A client had planned a birthday dinner at an Airbnb but when they arrived it was still full of strangers having a party. Total chaos. Guests were already en route and they needed a new plan fast!
They asked if I could make it happen by 6:30 PM. I said yesI pulled it off with love hustle and a little culinary magic.
